Welcome to our website, and thanks for being a part of our celebration in whatever way you can.

Please look around to learn all those little details that have been keeping you up all night. Meanwhile, we’ll be staying up all night in anticipation of seeing you in person!

We’ll be tying the knot at a little church in Waxahachie, Texas, just a few miles from where Heather grew up. We think it’s the perfect blend of quaint and elegant. We hope you do, too.

For all those out-of-town folk that can’t make the journey down to Texas, we’ll be having a celebration in Saint Louis. More details are to come, but rest assured it will be a good time!

The after-party is at a really cool loft that overlooks historic downtown Waxahachie. We’ll be celebrating by dancing, chowing down on tamales and of course, eating cake!

Heather grew up in a small town south of Dallas wishing she was a Sudoku grand master or various puzzle expert. Now, she’s a store manager for Starbucks and enjoys drinking her mounds of free coffee. She day dreams about running around town in a Vespa, no doubt a brown or green one at that. Heather loves all things word-related including foreign languages and really bad puns. She enjoys quality beer, seeing live concerts of obscure bands and wishes she devoted more time to pursuing the art of photography.

In Dan, Heather found unconditional love and a little balance to her life – the peanut butter to her jelly, the yin to her yang, the peas to her carrots. You get it. Dan is always there with an answer to every problem, is full of wisdom, and a constant encouragement. She is forever grateful that he is always tolerant, if not sometimes fond of all her funky little quirks (like constantly losing things).

Dan grew up in Saint Louis, dreaming of driving a trash truck and eating Cheerios all the day long. Now, he’s a web designer that dreams of driving his own car around a race track all day. Dan loves all things German: cars, clean lines, Volkswagens, bratwursts and sauerkraut. He enjoys a good quality beer, apple computers, and Reuben and French dip sandwiches. Dan dislikes heights, bad drivers, cheap socks and dirty cars. He also prefers to not run in the rain.

In Heather, Dan found a little spontaneity and patience. He also found truth, beauty, freedom and most importantly, love (insert mushy sentiment here!). He is thankful that she deals with his particular ways, even the ones that border on obsessive compulsive, and understanding for his dalliance with Volkswagens.

We’ve booked a block of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites, just a mile down the road from the church. How convenient! All out of town wedding party members will be staying there, and you’re welcome to do so as well. Just let them know you are with the Wadsworth wedding and you’ll receive the discount rate of $79 per night. You’ll need to do this by February 27, though so HURRY!

No one likes to ask for gifts, but come on, let’s face it: you’re all wondering where we’re registered. And starting off a marriage with nice stuff can’t hurt the rest of our time together. Here’s where we’re registered…you know, just in case.

If you don’t live in the St. Louis area you can have the gift shipped for free through any of the retailers’ websites. No matter what you do, be sure to include a gift receipt in case we have any problems.
